睡不着,出去跑跑步

睡不着的我,不知为啥突然想跑步...
原本打算睡醒后才跑 @@ 太迫不及待吧??哈哈哈
(NOP~~只是心血来潮而已 XD)

单跑又觉得闷- 3 -
所以我边跑边听sarah mclachlan的歌~
满恰意-////-我喜欢这种感觉

当我还跑着..一不小心我的手机突然从我的口戴掉落在地上..pak了一声...
(我还被对面跑步的印度人看见..呜T_T羞死了)
我的手机当场没声音...没有音乐播放了!!真的吓坏我...
但后来我边走边急救我的手机,幸好没事..呵呵呵


(你吓坏妈咪了~~不然的话我跑步就没良伴了~~)

清爽的早晨又结束一天了~

太久没运动了,跑完后的我满脸通红 XD
因为没睡的关系,还有点头晕呢~哈
但没事没事 :P
回到家就顺便拉拉筋~
终于拉到了~哈哈哈

猪肉片,羊肉块,蘑菇,金针菇,海鲜豆腐,日本豆腐,炸腐竹,水绞,水晶丸,小鱼丸,玉米,菜,蛋,麵..
大概吧..哈哈哈~其他都忘了XDDD
吃完后,我强迫我姐哥去喝茶~大家都撑死了~哈哈

当我真正要开始运动减肥,
就突然来月经了...
月经完后,我就开始转呼来圈~拉拉筋~
过了明天,突然我的背后接近脊椎骨那里开始痛..
到现在了...依然还是痛...都不能弯底捡东西..就是不方便...
现在最怕打喷涕= =!!打一次就抽痛一次..
还试过连续打喷涕,他妈的痛得不像话..zzz
当感觉又要的时候,我都立即捏住我的鼻子..
唉..甲拍米呀...- -"
